HOW IT WORKS
- Lock your order through The Captain (chat widget or Telegram).
- Our team reaches out directly to confirm the order and arrange payment — no checkout, no card on the site.
- Once it's squared away, your order ships out — same day when locked before 2 PM Cali time.
- You get a tracking number the moment it ships, fully insured until it touches down.
DELIVERY TIMES
Once shipped, typical delivery windows:
- Standard (default): 2-5 business days
- Express (on request): 1-2 business days (ask The Captain about availability)
- Overnight (premium drops): next-day available on large orders
PACKAGING
Every order ships in plain, unbranded, smell-proof packaging. There is no indication on the outside that the package came from Flight 420. Your privacy is part of the service.
SHIPPING & REGIONS
All 48 contiguous states ship at the prices listed on the menu — no hidden fees. Orders over $200 ship free (a flat $15 applies under $200).
Alaska & Hawaii: add $100 per pound to the order.
Same-day dispatch: orders locked before 2:00 PM Cali time (PT) ship out the same day.
RETURNS
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for any reason once an order ships.
However, if your package arrives damaged, the wrong item was sent, or the tracking confirms it was lost in transit, we will replace it at no cost. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date for lost packages).
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
100% insured — we ship until it lands. If a shipment shows not-delivered or gets seized, we keep re-sending your order until it touches down. You won't lose out. We are notresponsible for packages that tracking shows as delivered. If tracking says delivered but you didn't receive it:
- Check with neighbors and household members
- Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark early)
- File a missing package report with the carrier
- Message The Captain with the order ID and carrier case number
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping may be offered in the future to jurisdictions where the purchase is legal for the customer.
